We have a 30-day return policy, which means you may request a return within 30 days after receiving your item.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:

  • Unworn or unused

  • With original tags attached

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.

Once your return request has been reviewed and approved, we will provide detailed return instructions, including where to send your package.

Please do not send any items back without first contacting us. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning items.

However, if the returned item is defective, damaged during transportation, incorrect, or has any quality-related issue, Pjclarkwood will cover the return shipping costs.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged during shipping, or incorrect, please contact us promptly so we can evaluate the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including but not limited to:

  • Perishable goods

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Personal care products

  • Hazardous materials

  • Flammable liquids or gases

Sale items and gift cards are also non-refundable and non-returnable.

Exchanges

The quickest way to receive a replacement item is to return the original item after approval and place a new order separately.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without providing justification.

Returned items must be unused, unworn, in their original packaging, with tags attached, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
